The Better YOU Spring Challenge is open to anyone interested in improving their health and wellness. Whether you are a beginner looking to start your fitness journey or an experienced athlete aiming to enhance your performance, our program is designed to be adaptable to all fitness levels.
Participants will need an internet connection to access the CorSync App and daily communications. We also recommend having a small space for workouts at home. Upon registration, you will receive a heart rate monitor and smart scale to track your progress, which are included in your challenge package.
Upon joining, you'll complete an initial assessment that includes your current fitness level, dietary preferences, and wellness goals. Based on your responses, we'll tailor your workout and meal plans to fit your specific needs and goals, ensuring you receive the most effective and enjoyable plan.
Our nutrition plans are customizable to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. When you fill out your initial assessment, please specify any specific needs or restrictions you have, and our nutrition coach will adjust your meal plans accordingly.
We recommend dedicating at least 30 minutes 4-5 times per week to reap the benefits of exercise. Additionally, you should allow some time for meal preparation according to your customized meal plan. The exact time may vary depending on your individual schedule and goals.
All participants receive support through 1:1 coaching sessions, access to a community forum for peer support, and regular check-ins via the CorSync App. Our coaches are available to answer any questions and help you overcome any challenges you might face during the program.
The Better YOU Spring Challenge is designed to accommodate life's unpredictability. Each week we unlock new modules with tips and tools to focus on for the duration of the week. If you miss a day, you can simply pick up where you left off.
