Terms of Service

Welcome to IGNITE360 Wellness Partners. By purchasing and participating in our private coaching services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully before proceeding.

1. Coaching Relationship & Disclaimer

1.1 Coaching Services: Coaching is a collaborative, client-driven process focused on mindset development, personal growth, and goal achievement. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice, and does not replace professional psychological or healthcare services.

1.2 Client Responsibility: As the client, you understand that your progress depends on your commitment, mindset shifts, and implementation of strategies discussed during coaching. The coach provides guidance, but you are responsible for taking action.

1.3 Results Not Guaranteed: While coaching is designed to create positive transformation, results will vary based on individual circumstances, commitment, and effort. No guarantees of success, specific outcomes, or personal achievements are made.

2. Session Policies & Scheduling

2.1 Session Duration & Frequency:

Single coaching sessions last 60 minutes unless otherwise stated.
Coaching packages and mentorship programs follow the agreed session structure (e.g., six-session packages, monthly mentorship).
Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability.

2.2 Rescheduling & Cancellations:

At least 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.
If the coach needs to reschedule, reasonable accommodations will be made.

2.3 No-Show Policy:
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

3.1 Payment Terms:

Payment for coaching services is due in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is agreed upon in advance.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

3.2 Refund Policy:

Coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once purchased.
If you are unable to continue a multi-session package or mentorship, sessions may be rescheduled within the agreed-upon timeframe, but no refunds will be issued.
Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of the coach.

3.3 Subscription-Based Coaching (Monthly Mindset Mentorship):

Requires a minimum 3-month commitment charged monthly on the same date as the initial purchase.
After the initial commitment, the subscription continues month-to-month until canceled.
After the initial commitment, clients may cancel their subscription with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

4.1 Confidentiality:
All coaching sessions are strictly confidential. Your personal information, discussions, and progress will not be shared without your explicit consent, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

4.2 Data Protection:
Your personal data will be stored securely and used only for the purpose of providing coaching services. We do not sell, share, or distribute client information to third parties.

5. Termination of Services

5.1 The coach reserves the right to terminate coaching services if:

The client repeatedly fails to attend sessions without proper notice.
There is a violation of these Terms of Service or an ethical boundary is crossed.
It becomes clear that coaching is not an appropriate solution for the client’s needs.

In such cases, unused sessions may be refunded at the coach’s discretion.

6. Liability Disclaimer

By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge that:

You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.
The coach, Tracy Manhard, is not a licensed medical professional, therapist, psychologist, or counselor. Coaching services are intended for personal development and mindset growth and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or legal advice.
The coach is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from your participation in coaching.
Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you require therapy, medical treatment, or crisis support, you are encouraged to seek assistance from a licensed healthcare professional.

By agreeing to these terms, you understand the nature of coaching and assume full responsibility for your personal growth journey.
